Are Wix Forums Good?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 8:53 am

There’s no question that Wix is a popular website builder. With over 110 million users worldwide, it’s one of the most popular web platforms on the planet.

But what about Wix forums? Are they any good?

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

The short answer is yes, Wix forums are definitely good. They’re a great way to connect with other Wix users and get help with your website.

The long answer is a bit more complicated. There are some pros and cons to using Wix forums that you should be aware of before you dive in.

PRO TIP: If you are considering using Wix Forums for your website, we advise you to proceed with caution. There have been many reports of users having difficulty using the forums, and customer service has been unresponsive in addressing these issues. In addition, the terms of service for Wix Forums state that they can terminate your account at any time and for any reason, without notice or compensation. We recommend that you explore other forum software options before commit to using Wix Forums.

On the plus side, Wix forums are very active. There are always new topics being created and discussions happening. This means you’re likely to find the answer to your question, or get some helpful feedback on your website.

There’s also a lot of friendly users on the forums who are happy to help out other Wix users. So if you’re feeling stuck, or just need some advice, these forums can be a great resource.

On the downside, some of the discussions on Wix forums can get pretty heated. This is especially true in the “Critique My Site” section, where people can be quite critical of other people’s websites. If you’re thin-skinned, this might not be the place for you!

Overall, though, we think Wix forums are definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared for some constructive criticism!
