Can Customers Leave Notes on Shopify?

Shopify is one of the most popular eCommerce platforms out there, and for good reason. It’s simple to set up and use, it’s affordable, and it has a ton of features and integrations that can help you run your online store effectively.

One question that we often get asked is whether or not Shopify allows customers to leave notes. The answer is yes! Customers can leave notes on Shopify orders, and there are a few different ways to do it.

The first way is to add a note field to your checkout page. This is a great way to collect customer feedback or special instructions for your team.

To add a note field to your checkout page, log in to your Shopify admin and go to Settings > Checkout. Under the “Additional scripts” section, you’ll see a text box where you can enter your script code. Paste the following code into that text box:
