There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to become a UI UX designer depends on your specific qualifications and experience. However, somelements of a UI UX designer’s job may not require a degree, such as being able to create user flows and wireframes.

PRO TIP: Without a degree, you will likely have a harder time becoming a UI/UX designer. While it is possible to become one without a degree, it may be more difficult to find a job or advance in your career without one.

While a degree may not be necessary to become a UI UX designer, it can certainly help you gain the required skills and knowledge. A degree in graphic design, computer science, or another related field can give you the foundation you need to become a UI UX designer.

If you have experience designing user interfaces, you may be able to gain entry-level positions without a degree. However, if you want to move up in your career, a degree may be a better investment.
