If you’re not happy with Canva Pro after your free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to your account settings and select the ‘Cancel subscription’ option.
Your subscription will then end at the end of the current billing period.
If you decide that you want to continue using Canva Pro after your free trial, then you don’t need to do anything – your subscription will automatically continue. You’ll be charged the regular monthly or yearly fee, depending on which plan you’re on.
To cancel your Canva Pro subscription:
- Go to your account settings
- Click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ option
- Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking ‘Yes, cancel my subscription’
Your Canva Pro subscription will then end at the end of the current billing period.
PRO TIP: If you cancel your Canva Pro subscription within the free trial period, you will lose access to all Pro features and your account will revert to a free account.
