If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder. One way to do that is to learn keyboard shortcuts. They can help you speed up your workflow and get things done faster.

There are a lot of keyboard shortcuts available in Figma, and they can be customized to fit your needs. To change a shortcut, go to File > Preferences > Shortcuts.

From here, you can search for the shortcut you want to change and select it from the list. Then, simply click on the shortcut and press the new keys you want to use.

You can also use keyboard shortcuts to quickly format text in HTML. To do this, select the text you want to format and press Ctrl + Shift + F (or Cmd + Shift + F on a Mac). This will bring up the Formatting panel where you can select from a number of different options.

So if you’re looking to work smarter and faster, give keyboard shortcuts a try. They just might make all the difference.

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about changing the shortcuts in Figma, be warned that this is not possible. The only way to change the shortcuts is to create a new file and set the shortcuts there.
