Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 7:50 pm

There are a few things you need to know before attempting to connect QuickBooks with WooCommerce. For starters, you’ll need to have the latest version of QuickBooks installed on your computer.

Additionally, you’ll need to have the WooCommerce plugin installed and activated on your WordPress site. Once you have those two things squared away, you can follow these steps to connect the two platforms:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account and select the Company menu. 2. Under the Company menu, select Add an Account. 3. In the Add an Account window, select Web Connections. 4. Select New Connection. 5. In the Connect to a Web Site window, enter the URL for your WooCommerce store in the Site address field. 6. Enter a name for this connection in the Connection name field. 7.

Under What type of data does this web site use?, select the eCommerce Shopping Cart option. 8. Select I Agree.. This will generate a token that you’ll need in the next step. 9. Copy the token that was generated in QuickBooks and paste it into the WooCommerce administration panel on your WordPress site under the (QuickBooks) Integration tab.

10. Once you’ve entered the token, select the (QuickBooks) Enable Integration checkbox.

11. That’s it! You’ve now successfully connected QuickBooks with WooCommerce.

PRO TIP: While it is possible to connect WooCommerce to QuickBooks, it is important to note that this is not an official integration. As such, there may be some issues with compatibility between the two platforms. Additionally, connecting WooCommerce to QuickBooks can be a complex process, so it is recommended that only experienced users attempt this.
