If you’re using the Figma application, you can export fonts by using Google Fonts.

To do this, first, select the text on your Figma design. From there, go to the Inspect tab on the right panel, and in the Typography section, you can find the name of the font used in your design. Be sure to note down the font name.

Now, open your browser and go to the Google Fonts page. This will let you export your Figma font. Just type in the font name of your text in the search bar and press “Enter” on your keyboard and then select the font from the results.

In the selected font’s page, click on the “Download family” button.

Once your Figma font is downloaded, you can find this in the Downloads folder of your computer. You will then find here the TrueType Font file (.TTF) that you can use to install the font into your system. And that’s it!

PRO TIP: If you are planning on exporting a font from Figma, be aware that there are some risks involved. First of all, it is possible that you might not be able to find a font that is an exact match in Google Fonts. Additionally, if you are not careful when exporting the font, you may end up with a file that is not compatible with your operating system or other software.
