Can I Get a Refund From Squarespace?

If you’re not happy with your Squarespace purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. To request a refund, please contact Squarespace customer support.

When you sign up for Squarespace, you’re agreeing to our Terms of Service. Our Terms of Service state that all charges are non-refundable. This means that we do not offer refunds for charges like domain registration, site migration, or Gift Cards.

If you cancel your account, you will still be responsible for paying any outstanding balances on your account. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, early cancellation fees, or setup fees.

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 60 days of the charge and we’ll investigate.
