Can I Search for Icons in Figma?

Yes, you can search for icons in Figma. To do this, first select the “Search” tab in the left sidebar.

Then, type “icons” into the search bar and press enter. This will bring up a list of all the icons in your project. You can then click on an icon to select it, or press the “space” key to preview the icon.

If you’re looking for a specific icon, you can also use the “Filter” tab to narrow down the results. For example, you can filter by color or by type of icon (such as “arrow” or “checkmark”).

Once you’ve found the icon you’re looking for, you can style it using the “< p >“, “< b >” and “< u >” tags. For example, to make an icon bold, you would use the “< b >” tag.

To make an icon underlined, you would use the “< u >” tag. And to change the color of an icon, you would use the “< p >” tag with a color attribute (such as “red” or “blue”).

PRO TIP: When searching for icons in Figma, be aware that some results may not be what you expect. For example, searching for “heart” may return results for “love”, “heartbeat”, or “cardiac”. If you are looking for a specific icon, be sure to check the search results carefully.
