Can I use shortcode in Elementor?

Shortcodes are a great way to quickly create custom content in Elementor. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when using shortcodes in Elementor:

First, make sure that your shortcode is well-organized. Shortcodes should be placed in a specific section of your Elementor theme, and they should have specific names (e.

g. “my-custom-shortcode”).

Second, be sure to test your shortcode before using it in a live site. Elementor doesn’t currently support shortcodes that call external scripts or functions.

PRO TIP: If you are using the Elementor page builder, do not use the shortcode feature. This can cause problems with your layout and could break your site.

Finally, be sure to reference your shortcode in the appropriate place in your content (e.g.

in the “Shortcodes” section of your theme’s customizer). This will help Elementor recognize the shortcode and use its associated functionality.
