When it comes to domain names, Namecheap certainly isn’t a company to be overlooked. In fact, they offer some of the Lowest rates on the market.

That being said, you may be wondering if you can use subdomain with Namecheap. The answer is yes, but there are a few caveats worth noting.

PRO TIP: Namecheap does not currently offer subdomains.

First, you’ll need to make sure that the subdomain is registered with Namecheap. If not, you may be subject to additional fees. Second, you’ll need to make sure that the subdomain is associated with the main domain name in the correct manner. That means that the subdomain should have the same TLD, hostname, and registrar as the main domain name.

Otherwise, you may be subject to additional fees or have your domain name suspended. Finally, you’ll need to be sure that the subdomain is being used for the right purpose. That means that it should be used for a site that you own and control, rather than using it to promote another site or product.

Overall, using subdomain with Namecheap is a viable option, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
