You can add forms to Wix using the Wix Forms app. With Wix Forms, you can create custom forms and surveys for your site. To add a form to your Wix site:
1. Go to the Wix Forms app and click Add to Site.

2. Select the type of form you want to add and click Add.
3. Enter the form details and click Save.
4. Add the form to your site and click Publish.
PRO TIP: Please be aware that Wix does not currently support the ability to add forms to your site. We recommend using a third-party form builder such as JotForm or Wufoo.
