Can You Add Subpages in Wix?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 2:15 am

There are a number of website builders out there that allow you to create a website without having to learn coding. Wix is one of those builders.

It is a drag-and-drop builder that makes it easy to create a website, even if you have no prior experience. One thing that you may be wondering about is whether or not you can add subpages in Wix. The answer is yes, you can.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

In order to add a subpage in Wix, you will first need to create a new page. To do this, click on the “+” sign on the left side of the screen.

This will bring up a menu of page types. Select “Blank Page” from this menu.

Once you have created the new page, you can then add your content. If you want to add subpages, you can do so by clicking on the “Add Page” button in the top menu.

This will bring up a list of pages that you can add. Select the ones that you want to add and then click “Add. ”

PRO TIP: Wix does not currently support the ability to add subpages. This means that any page you create will be a top-level page. If you need to create a hierarchy of pages, you will need to use a different platform.

You can also add subpages by clicking on the “Pages” button in the top menu. This will bring up a list of all the pages on your site. From here, you can click on the “Add Page” button next to the page that you want to add a subpage to.

Once you have added your subpages, you can then rearrange them by clicking on the “Page Order” button in the top menu. This will bring up a list of all your pages and their hierarchy. You can then drag and drop them into the order that you want.

To conclude, yes – you absolutely can add subpages in Wix! Not only is it possible, but it’s actually quite easy to do. So if you’re looking to add some additional content to your website, definitely give it a try.
