You can cancel your Yearly Wix subscription at any time. However, if you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, you will not be refunded.

If you cancel after the first 14 days, you will be refunded for the remaining months of your subscription. For example, if you cancel a 12-month subscription on the 15th day, you will receive a refund for 11 months.

To cancel your Yearly Wix subscription:

  1. Log in to your Wix account
  2. Click on Billing & Payments in the left-hand menu
  3. Scroll down to Subscription
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking Yes, Cancel My Subscription

Please Note:

  • If you have a Premium Plan or higher, you will still have access to your Premium features for the remainder of your billing cycle, even after cancelling.
  •  If you have a free plan and you cancel your Yearly subscription, your site will automatically downgrade to a free site on your next billing date.
