With Canva’s collaboration feature, you can invite others to work on a design with you in real-time. This is perfect for when you need to bounce ideas off of someone or want to get feedback on a design before finalizing it.
Here’s how to use Canva’s collaboration feature:
1. First, create a new design or open an existing one.
2. Then, click on the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. A pop-up window will appear. Here, you can add the email addresses of the people you want to invite to collaborate on the design.
4. Once you’ve added all the email addresses, click on the “Send Invites” button.
5. Your collaborators will then receive an email with a link to the design. When they click on the link, they’ll be taken to Canva where they can start working on the design with you.
6. To see who else is working on the design with you, just look for the avatar icons in the top-right corner of the screen. The avatars will show up next to any element that’s been edited by someone else.
7. When you’re finished collaborating on the design, just click on the “Done” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
