There are many reasons why you might want to create an order form on Squarespace. Perhaps you run a business and need a way for customers to place orders online.

Or maybe you’re organizing an event and need to collect registrations. Whatever the reason, Squarespace makes it easy to create an order form and collect payments.

To get started, log in to your Squarespace account and go to the page where you want to add your form. Then click on the Add Block button and select the Form Block.

Once you’ve added the Form Block, you’ll need to configure it. Start by giving your form a name and description.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that creating an order form on Squarespace may not be possible depending on your template and account type. If you are using a Commerce-enabled template, you should be able to create an order form, but please note that not all templates and account types have this feature.

Then choose whether you want to collect payments via Stripe or PayPal. If you’re not collecting payments, you can skip this step.

Next, add the fields that you want people to fill out on your form. For each field, you can specify the type of information that you want to collect (e.g., text, number, date, etc.). You can also make fields required or optional.

Once you’ve added all of the fields that you want, click on the Save button. Your form is now ready for people to fill out!

If you’re collecting payments via Stripe or PayPal, people will be able to pay when they submit your form. Otherwise, you’ll need to manually process payments after people have submitted your form.

Squarespace makes it easy to create an order form and collect payments. Whether you’re running a business or organizing an event, Squarespace has everything that you need to get started!
