Can You Export Weebly HTML?

Weebly is a popular website builder that allows users to create and edit their own websites. Weebly offers a variety of features and templates to choose from, making it a popular choice for those looking to create a website. One of the features that Weebly offers is the ability to export your website as an HTML file.

HTML is the code that is used to create websites. By exporting your Weebly website as an HTML file, you are able to view and edit the code that makes up your website. This can be helpful if you are looking to make custom changes to your website or if you want to learn more about how websites are created.

To export your Weebly website as an HTML file, first go to the Settings tab in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the Export button.

On the next page, select the option to export as an HTML file. Once you have done this, click on the Export button again and your Weebly website will be downloaded as an HTML file.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that exporting your Weebly HTML can result in broken code and/or images. We recommend only exporting your Weebly HTML if you are comfortable editing code and troubleshooting issues.

You can then open this file in a text editor such as Notepad++ or Sublime Text in order to view and edit the code. If you make any changes to the code, be sure to save your changes before uploading the file back to Weebly.

You can do this by going to the Settings tab and clicking on the Import button. On the next page, select the option to import an HTML file and upload your edited file.
