There are a few things to keep in mind when requesting a refund for your Wix domain:
- You can only get a refund within 14 days of purchase. If it’s been longer than 14 days, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
- You must contact Wix support to request the refund.
You can’t request a refund through your account settings or by contacting Wix directly. You’ll need to reach out to Wix support and explain the situation.
- Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Once Wix processes the refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
