If you need to give a partial refund to a customer, you can do so directly from your Wix account. refunds can be given for any reason, including if the customer didn’t receive what they ordered, if they were charged twice, or if they’re not happy with the quality of what they received.
To give a partial refund:

1. Log in to your Wix account and go to Orders.
2. Find the order you want to refund and click View.
3. Click Issue Refund.
4. Enter the amount you want to refund in the Refund Amount field. You can also add a note to the customer in the Message field.
