Can You Make Weebly Website Password Protected?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 6:24 pm

There are two ways to password protect your Weebly website. The first is to use the “Password Protect This Page” feature in the Weebly editor. This will allow you to set a password for a specific page on your website.

The second way to password protect your Weebly website is to upgrade to a paid plan, which will give you access to the “Members Only” feature. This feature allows you to password protect your entire website, or selected pages on your website.

Password Protecting a Single Page

To password protect a single page on your Weebly website, open the page in the Weebly editor and click on the “Settings” tab. Then, click on the “Password Protect This Page” option and enter a password.

Once you’ve done this, anyone who tries to access that page will be prompted for the password.

Password Protecting Your Entire Website

If you want to password protect your entire website, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan. Once you’ve upgraded, go to the “Settings” tab and click on the “Members Only” option.

From there, you can select which pages you want to password protect and set a password. Anyone who tries to access those pages will be prompted for the password.

Can You Make Weebly Website Password Protected?
Yes, you can make your Weebly website password protected by using either the “Password Protect This Page” feature or by upgrading to a paid plan and using the “Members Only” feature.

PRO TIP: While it is possible to make a Weebly website password protected, it is not recommended. This is because password protecting a website can make it difficult for people to access the site, and can also make the site more vulnerable to hacking.
