If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ve probably wondered if you can print invoices from WooCommerce. The answer is yes! In this article, we’ll show you how to print invoices from WooCommerce.

First, you’ll need to install the WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing Lists plugin. You can get it for free from the WordPress Plugin Directory. Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you’ll need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > General, and scroll down to the Invoices & Packing Lists section.

In this section, you’ll need to select which document types you want to enable. For our purposes, we’ll just enable Invoices.

Once you’ve selected which document types you want to enable, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

Now that the plugin is set up and configured, let’s take a look at how to print an invoice. First, go to the Orders page in your WordPress admin area. Then, find the order that you want to print an invoice for and click on it.

PRO TIP: Please be advised that printing invoices from WooCommerce can be a risky proposition. There is no guarantee that the printouts will be accurate, and you may end up with incorrect or incomplete information. If you absolutely need to print an invoice, we recommend doing so from a reliable source such as your accounting software.

On the Order Details page, scroll down to the Invoices & Packing Lists section. Here, you’ll see a list of all the invoices that have been generated for this order. If you haven’t generated an invoice yet, simply click on the Generate Invoice button.

Once you’ve generated an invoice, you can view it by clicking on the View Invoice link. This will open the invoice in a new tab or window in your browser. From here, you can print the invoice by pressing Ctrl+P (PC) or Cmd+P (Mac) on your keyboard.

Conclusion:

As you can see, it’s easy to print invoices from WooCommerce. Simply install and activate the WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing Lists plugin, and then follow our instructions above.
