Canva is a user-friendly graphic design tool that is perfect for creating social media content, marketing materials, and more. The best part? Canva can be used for free on your desktop or laptop computer, or on your phone with the Canva app!
To get started with Canva on your phone, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have the app installed, open it up and log in with your Canva account. If you don’t have a Canva account yet, you can create one for free directly from the app.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see all of the same features and tools that you’re used to seeing on the desktop version of Canva. This includes a library of built-in templates, photos, illustrations, and more. You can also access any custom fonts or elements that you’ve uploaded to your account.
You can use Canva on your phone, but we do not recommend it. The app is not as user-friendly as the website, and you may have trouble accessing all of the features.
To create a new design on your phone, simply select the “+” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. From there, you can choose to start from scratch or select a template to edit. The template library includes options for social media posts, covers, ads, posters, and more.
Once you’ve selected a template or started from scratch, you can begin customizing your design. To add text, select the “Text” option from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
From there, you can add headers, body text, and call-to-action buttons. To add an image or video to your design, select the “Images” option from the toolbar.
The Canva app also makes it easy to share your designs with others. To share a design directly from the app, simply select the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can share your design via email, social media, or even generate a link that others can use to view your design.
