Does Photoshop 2015 Have Symmetry Tool?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 4:08 pm

Symmetry is one of the most important principles in design, and it’s something that Photoshop 2015 has taken to heart. The new Symmetry Tool allows you to quickly and easily create perfectly symmetrical designs with just a few clicks.

The Symmetry Tool is located in the Tools panel, and it’s very easy to use. Simply select the area you want to be symmetrical, and then click on the Symmetry Tool.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for the Symmetry Tool in Photoshop 2015, you will not find it. The Symmetry Tool was introduced in Photoshop CC 2017 and is not available in older versions of the software.

You’ll see a menu of options appear, including Mirror, Rotate, and Radial. Choose the one you want, and then click on the Mirror button.

Now, whatever you do to one side of your selection will be automatically applied to the other side. So, if you paint on one side, the paint will appear on the other side as well. It’s a great way to create perfectly symmetrical designs with very little effort.

The Symmetry Tool is a great addition to Photoshop 2015, and it makes creating symmetrical designs easier than ever before.
