Windows 10 was released on July 29, 2015, and Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 was released on September 30, 2010. So, does Photoshop Elements 9 work with Windows 10?

The answer is yes! Photoshop Elements 9 is compatible with Windows 10. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.

PRO TIP: There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on a number of factors, such as which version of Windows 10 you are using, and whether you have any other software installed that may be incompatible with Photoshop Elements 9. However, there have been reports of users experiencing problems with Photoshop Elements 9 when upgrading to Windows 10, so it is advisable to back up your files and settings before upgrading.

First, if you’re using an older version of Photoshop Elements (9 or earlier), you’ll need to update to the latest version in order to take advantage of all the new features in Windows 10. Second, if you’re using the 64-bit version of Windows 10, you’ll need to use the 64-bit version of Photoshop Elements. And finally, if you’re using a touch-enabled device with Windows 10, you’ll need to use the touch-enabled version of Photoshop Elements.

So, if you’re using an older version of Photoshop Elements, make sure to update to the latest version. And if you’re using a touch-enabled device with Windows 10, be sure to use the touch-enabled version of Photoshop Elements. Otherwise, Photoshop Elements 9 should work just fine with Windows 10.
