Does Photoshop Have a Perspective Tool?

Although Photoshop does not have an explicit perspective tool, there are a number of ways to achieve a perspective effect. One way is to use the Transform tool.

With the Transform tool active, click and drag one of the corner handles. As you do so, you’ll see the image take on a perspective effect.
