Shopify offers support through a few different channels. There’s email support, live chat support, and phone support. There’s also a huge knowledge base that covers a ton of topics. Overall, the support is pretty good.

The email response times are decent, and the live chat and phone support are both excellent. The knowledge base is also very comprehensive. However, there are a few areas where the support could be improved. For example, it would be nice if there was more 24/7 support available. Additionally, the search function in the knowledge base could be improved.

PRO TIP: Shopify does not offer support for their product. If you have any questions or problems, you will need to contact their customer service team directly.
