Wix is a popular website builder that allows users to create their own websites without any coding knowledge. One of the features that Wix offers is the ability to send appointment reminders to your clients.

Appointment reminders are a great way to make sure your clients don’t forget about their upcoming appointments. You can set up appointment reminders to be sent out automatically a few days before the appointment, or you can manually send them out yourself.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

PRO TIP: If you are using the Wix Bookings app to manage your appointments, please be aware that Wix does not currently offer a way to send appointment reminders to your clients. We recommend that you use a third-party service such as Google Calendar or Acuity Scheduling to send reminders to your clients.

To set up appointment reminders, first go to the Appointments tab in your Wix account. Then, click on the Reminders tab.

From here, you can choose how far in advance you want the reminders to be sent out, and what type of reminder you want to send (email, text, or both). You can also customize the message that will be sent out.

Once you’ve set up your reminders, Wix will take care of the rest! Your clients will receive an email or text message reminding them of their upcoming appointment, so they’ll be sure not to forget.
