Does Wix Send Confirmation Emails?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 12:31 am

You’ve just created a new website on Wix.com. The first thing you want to do is add a contact form so that people can get in touch with you.

But before you do that, you need to make sure that you have set up your email account correctly. One important thing to check is whether Wix sends confirmation emails when someone submits a form on your website.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

When you create a new website on Wix, you have the option to create a new email address for your domain or to use an existing email address. If you choose to create a new email address, Wix will automatically set up confirmation emails for any forms that you add to your website. However, if you choose to use an existing email address, you will need to set up confirmation emails yourself.

To set up confirmation emails, go to the Email & Notifications section of your Wix account settings. From there, you can choose to receive an email notification every time someone submits a form on your website. You can also customize the message that people receive when they submit a form.

PRO TIP: Please be advised that Wix does not send confirmation emails. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.

Once you’ve set up confirmation emails, they will be sent automatically whenever someone submits a form on your website. You can also choose to manually send confirmation emails from the Email & Notifications section of your account settings.

Conclusion:

Wix send confirmation emails when someone submits a form on your website.
