Does Wix Support Memberships?

Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 11:46 pm

Yes, Wix does support memberships! You can use Wix to create a membership website where members can sign up and login to access exclusive content.

To do this, you’ll need to create a members-only area on your website and password protect it. Then, you can add content to this area that only members will be able to see. This is a great way to offer premium content or services to your website visitors.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

To get started, log in to your Wix account and go to the Memberships tab in the left-hand sidebar. From here, you can create a new membership plan and add it to your website.

Once you’ve created your membership plan, you can start adding content to your members-only area. To do this, simply create a new page on your website and then click the “Add to Members Area” button. This will add the page to your members-only area and only members will be able to see it.

PRO TIP: While Wix does have a Membership feature, it is still in beta and has some limitations. For example, you can only create one membership type per site, and there is no way to restrict content by membership level. There is also no way to export member data from Wix.

If you want to offer more than one membership plan on your website, you can do this by creating multiple membership areas. Each membership area can have its own set of pages and content that only members of that area can access. This is a great way to offer different levels of content or services to your website visitors.

Conclusion: Yes, Wix does support memberships! You can use Wix to create a membership website where members can sign up and login to access exclusive content.
