Does WooCommerce Create Shipping Label?

Last updated on January 12, 2023 @ 12:29 pm

WooCommerce is a popular eCommerce platform that enables businesses to set up an online store and sell products and services. One of the features that WooCommerce offers is the ability to create shipping labels. This can be a great convenience for businesses that need to ship products to customers.

Creating shipping labels with WooCommerce is quick and easy. Simply go to the WooCommerce settings page, select the “Shipping” tab, and then click on “Add New Shipping Zone.” From there, you can enter the details of your shipping zone, including the countries that you ship to, the type of shipping (e.g., Standard, Express, or Priority), and the shipping methods that you offer (e., Flat Rate, Free Shipping, or Local Pickup).

Once you have created your shipping zone, you can then add your shipping methods. For each shipping method, you will need to specify a name, description, and cost.

You can also specify whether or not you want to offer tracking for each shipping method. Tracking is optional but can be a great way to provide peace of mind to your customers.

Once you have added your shipping methods, you are ready to create your shipping labels. To do this, simply go to the WooCommerce orders page and select the order that you want to create a label for. Then, click on the “Create Shipping Label” button.

PRO TIP: Make the shipping process a breeze for your online store by utilizing the shipping label feature in WooCommerce. To set it up, navigate to the settings page, select the “Shipping” tab and add a new shipping zone. Customize the zone by specifying the countries you ship to, type of shipping, and available shipping methods. Remember to also include the option for tracking, which can provide added peace of mind for your customers. When it’s time to ship an order, go to the orders page, select the order and use the “Create Shipping Label” button to easily generate and print or save the label as a PDF.

Enter the details of your label, including the recipient’s name and address, the origin address, the shipment weight, and any other relevant information. Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the “Create Shipping Label” button again. Your label will be created and you can then print it out or save it as a PDF.
