If you have placed an order with BigCommerce and you need to cancel it, there are a few different ways to do so.
First, you can go to your account page and click on the Orders tab. On this page, you will be able to see all of your order information, including the order number and the order date.
If you are unable to find the order you are looking for, you can click on the Order History link in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to a page where you can see all of the orders that have been placed by you.
Next, you will need to find the order that you want to cancel. To do this, you will need to click on the order number.
This will take you to a page where you can see all of the details of the order, including the items that are included in the order and the price that each item is listed at. .
Finally, you will need to click on the Cancel Order button. This will take you to a confirmation page where you will be able to confirm that you want to cancel the order.
Once you have confirmed the cancellation, the order will be cancelled and the funds that were originally allocated to the order will be returned to your account.
