When you’re working with images in Figma, you may need to resize them without stretching the image. This can be done by using the “Constrain Proportions” option in the “Size” menu.

To resize an image without stretching it:

    1. Select the image you want to resize.
    2. In the “Size” menu, select “Constrain Proportions”.
    3. Enter the new width or height you want for the image. The other dimension will automatically adjust to keep the same proportions.

You can also use this method to style text in HTML using < p >,< b > and < u > tags where applicable:

PRO TIP: If you are planning on resizing an image within Figma, be aware that this may result in the image being stretched. To avoid this, make sure to use the Resize option within the Transform section of the top toolbar. This will allow you to resize your image without stretching it.
