How Customer Can Cancel Order in WooCommerce?

It is very easy for customers to cancel their WooCommerce order. There are only a few simple steps that they need to follow in order to do so:

1. Firstly, the customer needs to log into their account on the WooCommerce website.

2. Once they have logged in, they will be taken to their ‘My Account’ page.

3. On this page, they will see a list of all the orders that they have placed. They need to find the order that they wish to cancel and click on it.

On the next page, they will see all the details of their order. At the bottom of this page, there is a ‘Cancel Order’ button. The customer needs to click on this button.

5. A pop-up window will appear asking the customer to confirm that they wish to cancel their order. If they are sure, they need to click on the ‘OK’ button.

6. That’s it! Their order has now been successfully cancelled.
