Are you a Squarespace user who wants to start accepting payments on your website? If so, you’re in luck!

Squarespace makes it easy to accept payments from your customers. In this article, we’ll show you how to set up payment processing on your Squarespace website.

There are two different ways to accept payments on Squarespace: through Stripe or through PayPal. We’ll walk you through both options so that you can choose the one that’s best for you.

If you want to use Stripe to process payments, the first thing you’ll need to do is sign up for a Stripe account. Once you have a Stripe account, you can add your Stripe credentials to your Squarespace website.

To do this, go to the Payments tab of your Settings page and click on the “Change Payment Processor” button. From there, select “Stripe” from the list of options.

Once you’ve selected Stripe as your payment processor, you’ll be prompted to enter your Stripe API keys. You can find these keys by logging into your Stripe account and going to the API tab. Once you have your API keys, copy and paste them into the appropriate fields on the Squarespace page and click “Save.”

Now that you’ve set up payment processing via Stripe, let’s take a look at how to do it via PayPal. First, log into your PayPal account and go to the Profile tab.

From there, select “My Selling Tools.” On the next page, scroll down to the “Website Preferences” section and click on the “Update” button.

On the next page, scroll down to the section labeled “Payment Data Transfer” and make sure that the “Enable Payment Data Transfer” option is checked. Once that’s done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Save” button.

Now that PayPal is set up as your payment processor, go back to your Squarespace website and open the Payments tab of your Settings page. Click on the “Change Payment Processor” button and select “PayPal” from the list of options.

You’ll then be prompted to enter your PayPal email address. Once you’ve done that, click on the “Save” button.

That’s it! You’ve now successfully set up payment processing on your Squarespace website via Stripe or PayPal. All that’s left to do is start selling!
