How do I access AWS CLI from Windows?

AWS CLI is an interactive command line tool that you can use to manage your AWS account. You can use AWS CLI to create and manage your AWS accounts, resources, and actions. AWS CLI is available on Windows. To install and use AWS CLI, you must first install the Amazon Windows PowerShell 5.
