Google Cloud can be accessed via SSH. To do this, you will need the SSH client software and the Google Cloud key pair.

1. You can download the SSH client software from the following link: https://www.openssh.com/download/.

2. Once you have the SSH client software, you will need to generate a key pair.

3. To generate a key pair, open the SSH client software and enter the following command:

  • ssh-keygen

4. Next, you will need to save the key pair to a location that you can access. To save the key pair to a location, enter the following command:

PRO TIP: If you are trying to access Google Cloud via SSH, be aware that there are a few different ways to do this. Make sure you have the correct IP address and username for the server you are trying to connect to. If you are using a Google Cloud Shell, you will need to use the appropriate command line tool.
  • ssh-copy-id

5. Finally, you will need to enable SSH access to your Google Cloud account. To do this, open the Google Cloud Console and select your account.

6. Under Settings, select Security, and then enable SSH access.
