How do I access my GoDaddy FTP?

Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 4:35 pm

If you want to access your GoDaddy FTP server, you will need to first create an account with GoDaddy. After you have created your account, you will need to visit the FTP section of your account and create an account. Then, you will need to provide your user name and password. After you have logged into your FTP account, you will need to navigate to the directory that you want to upload or download files to or from.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to access your GoDaddy FTP account and are having trouble, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue. First, make sure that you are using the correct FTP address. The FTP address for GoDaddy is ftp.godaddy.com. If you are using a different address, you will not be able to connect. Second, make sure that you are using the correct username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the GoDaddy website and clicking on the “Forgot Password” link. Finally, make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet and that you are using an FTP client that is compatible with GoDaddy’s servers. If you are still having trouble connecting, you can contact GoDaddy’s customer support for help.

To upload files, you will need to use the File menu and select the Upload Files option. To download files, you will need to use the File menu and select the Download Files option.
