When you first open the Wix editor, you will be asked to sign in. If you have an account, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials.
If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one first. Once you have logged in, you will see the main Wix editor screen.

The Wix editor is split into two main sections: the left-hand side is where you will create your website, and the right-hand side is where you will manage your website’s content.
To create a new website, open the ‘Create a new website’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Start creating your website’ button.
To start editing an existing website, click on the ‘Open an existing website’ button on the right-hand side of the editor, and enter the website’s URL into the box that appears.
Once you have entered the website’s URL, the Wix editor will start loading the website’s content. To navigate around the website, use the left and right arrow buttons on the bottom toolbar, or use the keyboard arrow keys to move around the page.
To add or edit content on a website, open the ‘Content’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add content’ button.
To add a new section to your website, open the ‘Sections’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new section’ button.
To add a new page to your website, open the ‘Pages’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new page’ button.
To add a new file to your website, open the ‘Files’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new file’ button.
To add a new category to your website, open the ‘Categories’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new category’ button.
To add a new tag to your website, open the ‘Tags’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new tag’ button.
To add a new widget to your website, open the ‘Widgets’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new widget’ button.
To add a new custom theme to your website, open the ‘Themes’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new theme’ button.
To add a new custom setting to your website, open the ‘Settings’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new setting’ button.
To add a new plugin to your website, open the ‘Plugins’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new plugin’ button.
To add a new theme or plugin to your website, open the ‘Themes & Plugins’ section on the left-hand side of the editor, and click on the ‘Add new theme or plugin’ button.
