Next, select the type of filter you want to add from the drop down menu. You can choose from a variety of options, including “By Price,” “By Category,” and “By Location.”

Once you’ve selected your filter, you can then add the items you want to include in the drop down menu. For each item, you’ll need to enter a title and value. The title is what will be displayed in the drop down menu, and the value is what will be used to filter the results.

Finally, once you’ve added all of your items, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

PRO TIP: Adding a drop down filter in Wix can be tricky and may not work as expected. If you are not familiar with coding, it is best to avoid adding a drop down filter.

Another way to add a drop down filter in Wix is by using HTML code. To do this, first create a new page on your site and then click on the “Add” button in the top menu and select “HTML.”

Next, copy and paste the following code into the HTML editor:

Once you’ve added this code, you’ll need to replace the “value” attribute for each option with the appropriate values for your site. For example, if you want to filter by price, you would replace “price” with your actual prices.

If you want to filter by category, you would replace “category” with your actual categories. And if you want to filter by location, you would replace “location” with your actual locations.

Finally, once you’ve updated all of the values, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
