Adding a logo to your Squarespace footer is a great way to give your site a professional look and feel. There are two ways to do this:

    1. Use the Squarespace Logo Editor.

    2. Use HTML and CSS to add your own custom logo.

The Squarespace Logo Editor is the easiest way to add a logo to your footer. Simply click on the “Footer” tab in the left-hand sidebar, then click on the “Logo” section. From here, you can upload your own logo or select one from our library of pre-made logos.

If you want to use your own custom logo, you’ll need to use HTML and CSS. First, you’ll need to upload your logo image to an online hosting service like Dropbox or Imgur. Then, copy the image’s URL and paste it into the following code:

<img src="[IMAGE URL]">

Replace [IMAGE URL] with the URL of your logo image. Then, copy and paste this code into the footer code injection box in the “Advanced” tab of your site settings:

#footer-logo {
background-image: url( [IMAGE URL] );
}

There are two ways that you can add a logo onto your Squarespace footer – through using the Squarespace Logo Editor or by using HTML and CSS.

The Squarespace Logo Editor

The Logo Editor can be found by clicking on ‘Footer’ in the left-hand sidebar and then selecting ‘Logo’. This is probably the easiest method as you can either upload your own logo or select one from their library of pre-made logos.

PRO TIP: Adding a logo to your Squarespace footer is a quick and easy way to add branding and personality to your website. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before you add a logo to your footer.

First, make sure that your logo is the appropriate size for the footer. If your logo is too large, it will take up too much space and may make your footer look cluttered. Second, make sure that your logo is legible and easy to read. If your logo is difficult to read, it will defeat the purpose of adding it to your footer.

Finally, keep in mind that adding a logo to your footer will make it slightly more difficult for visitors to find your contact information. If you have a lot of important information in your footer, you may want to consider adding a separate contact page to make it easier for visitors to get in touch with you.

Use HTML and CSS

If you want complete control or if you want to use your own custom logo, you will have codes in HTML and CSS. The first step is uploading your logo onto an online hosting service, such as Dropbox or Imgur.
