How Do I Add a Pattern to an Object in Photoshop?

Patterns are a great way to add interest and texture to your designs, and they can be used on both digital and print projects. In Photoshop, you can add patterns to shapes or text, as well as apply them to entire images. Here’s how:

To add a pattern to a shape or text object:

1. Select the layer that contains the object you want to add the pattern to.

2. Click the “Add Layer Style” button at the bottom of the Layers panel.

3. Select “Pattern” from the list of layer styles.

4. Choose the desired pattern from the Pattern Picker.

5. Use the Scale slider to adjust the size of the pattern, if desired.

6. Click “OK” to apply the layer style.

To apply a pattern to an entire image:

1. Select the layer that contains the image you want to add the pattern to.

2. Choose desired pattern from Pattern Picker.

3. Use Scale slider to adjust size of pattern if desired.

4. Click “OK” to apply layer style.

How Do I Add a Pattern to an Object in Photoshop?:
