Adding a PDF invoice to WooCommerce is a great way to keep track of your sales and customer information. There are several plugins available that will allow you to do this, but we recommend using the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin. This plugin is easy to use and setup, and it will automatically generate PDF invoices for you when an order is placed.

Once you have installed the plugin, you need to do the following:

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > PDF Invoices.

This will take you to the plugin’s settings page.

  2. On the settings page, you need to select the Invoice tab and then click on the Add New button.
  3. This will open up a new window where you can enter the details of your invoice. Fill in the required information and then click on the Save Changes button.

Once you have saved your changes, the plugin will automatically generate a PDF invoice for every order that is placed on your WooCommerce store. The invoices will be emailed to your customers as well as being available for download from their “My Account” page.
