How Do I Add a PDF to My Squarespace Resume?

There are many ways to add a PDF to your Squarespace resume. The most common way is to use the File block.

To add a PDF to your resume using the File block:

    1. Drag and drop the File block into your resume content area.

    2. Click the Upload button and select your PDF file from your computer.

    3. Click the Publish button to add the PDF to your resume.

    4. To view the PDF, click the View button in the File block.

You can also add a PDF to your resume using the Image block or the Gallery block.

To add a PDF to your resume using the Image block:

PRO TIP: If you are considering adding a PDF to your Squarespace resume, be aware that this could jeopardize the format of your resume and make it difficult for employers to read. In addition, if you are using a template, adding a PDF could also cause problems with the formatting of your template.

    1. Drag and drop the Image block into your resume content area.

    2. In the Image Settings panel, select PDF from the Link To drop-down menu.

    3. To view the PDF, click on the image in your resume content area.

To add a PDF to your resume using the Gallery block:

    1. Drag and drop the Gallery block into your resume content area.

    2. In the Gallery Settings panel, click on the Upload Files button and select your PDF file from your computer.

    3. In each image thumbnail, click on the gear icon and select PDFfrom the Link To drop-down menu.

    4. Click the Publish button to add the PDF to your resume

    5. To view the PDF, click on any of the image thumbnails in the Gallery block

Adding a PDF to your Squarespace resume is a great way to showcase your work samples or CV in an easy-to-view format. By using either the File block, Image block, or Gallery block, you can easily add a PDF to your Squarespace resume without having to code anything!
