How Do I Add a Product to WooCommerce Plugin?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 6:32 pm

Adding a product to WooCommerce is simple. In your WordPress admin panel, go to WooCommerce -> Products.

On the Products page, select Add New. This will take you to the Add New Product page.

On the Add New Product page, you will need to enter a few pieces of information about your product. First, you will need to enter a Product Title and Product Description. These fields are required, so be sure to enter something in both of them.

Next, you will need to set a Price for your product. This field is also required. You can leave the Regular Price and Sale Price fields blank if you don’t want to offer a sale price for your product.

Once you have entered all of the required information, you can click the Publish button to publish your product. Congratulations! You have just added a product to WooCommerce.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to add a product to WooCommerce plugin, it is important to take note of the following:

1. Make sure that you have a backup of your website before proceeding.

2. Adding a product to WooCommerce plugin can be done by adding a new post or page, or by editing an existing one.

3. In the post or page editor, you will need to scroll down to the ‘Product Data’ section and select ‘Add Product’.

4. Fill in the required information for your product, such as the name, price, description, and image.

5. Once you are done, click on the ‘Publish’ button to save your changes.
