Adding a Review Tab in WooCommerce
WooCommerce is a powerful eCommerce plugin that helps you turn your WordPress website into a fully-functional online store. One of the great things about WooCommerce is that it makes it easy to add extra tabs to your product pages, giving you more control over the layout and presentation of your products.
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to add a review tab to your WooCommerce product pages. By default, WooCommerce only includes a few tabs on product pages: Description, Additional Information, and Reviews. However, it’s easy to add new tabs using the built-in WooCommerce Tab Manager.
To add a review tab, first you’ll need to create a new product tab in the Tab Manager. To do this, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Tabs and click the Add New Tab button.
Give your tab a name (we’ll call ours “Reviews”), and then select the “Reviews” tab type from the dropdown menu. This will ensure that your tab displays review content from the Reviews tab on your product pages.
Next, scroll down and click the Save button to save your changes. Now when you view a product page on your website, you should see a new “Reviews” tab at the top of the page:
If you want to change the order of your tabs, you can do so by dragging and dropping them in the Tab Manager. Just click on the name of a tab and drag it into place. For our example, we’ll move the “Reviews” tab above the “Description” tab:
Once you’ve rearranged your tabs, don’t forget to click the Save button to save your changes. Now when you view your product pages, the “Reviews” tab will be displayed above the “Description” tab:
Adding a review tab to your WooCommerce product pages is a great way to make it easy for customers to leave reviews for your products.
