Adding social share buttons to your Wix site is a great way to give your visitors the ability to share your content with their friends and followers. There are a few different ways to add social share buttons to your Wix site, and we’ll walk you through each one.

First, you’ll need to choose which social networks you want to add share buttons for. To do this, go to your Wix Editor and click on the “Add” button in the left sidebar. Then, click on the “Social” tab and select the social networks you want to add.

Once you’ve selected the social networks you want to add, you can either use Wix’s built-in social share buttons or add your own custom buttons. To use Wix’s built-in social share buttons, simply click on the “Add Button” button and then select the “Social Share Buttons” option.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to add a social share on Wix, be aware that there are some potential risks. First, make sure that you have the correct permissions from the site owner or administrator. Secondly, be aware that adding a social share may negatively impact your site’s performance.

If you want to add your own custom social share buttons, you can do so by adding a bit of code to your site. First, you’ll need to find the code for the social share button you want to add. You can usually find this code by going to the social network’s developer page (for example, here is Facebook’s developer page).

Once you have the code for the social share button, go back to your Wix Editor and click on the “Add” button in the left sidebar. Then, click on the “HTML Code” element and paste your code into the box that appears.

That’s all there is to it! By following these steps, you can easily add social share buttons to your Wix site.
