There are three primary tags used to style text in HTML: < b >, < u > and < p >. The < b > tag is used to bold text, the < u > tag is used to underline text, and the < p > tag is used to designate a paragraph.
In order to add a text box in Canva, first select the “Text” tool from the left toolbar. Then, click and drag your mouse to create a text box of the desired size. Once the text box appears, you can begin typing your text.
To style your text, simply select the portion of text you wish to style and then click the appropriate tag from the top toolbar. For example, to bold text, click the “B” button.
To underline text, click the “U” button. And to create a new paragraph, click the “P” button.
Once you’re finished styling your text, be sure to click the “Save” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
1. Make sure the text box is the right size for your photo. If it’s too small, your text will be hard to read. If it’s too big, it will look out of place.
2. Pay attention to the alignment of your text box. If it’s not aligned properly, it will look off-kilter.
3. Be careful not to add too much text. Too much text can be overwhelming and make your design look cluttered.
4. Make sure the text box has enough contrast with the photo so that your text is easy to read. A light text box on a dark photo or a dark text box on a light photo can be difficult to read.
5. Avoid using busy patterns or textures in your text box. They can be distracting and make your text hard to read.
