Adding a vignette filter in Photoshop is a great way to add interest and depth to your photos. There are many ways to do this, but one of the easiest is to use the ‘Gradient Map’ tool. Here’s how:

1. Open your photo in Photoshop and duplicate the layer. 2. On the top layer, go to Image > Adjustments > Gradient Map. 3.

In the ‘Gradient Editor’ dialogue box, click on the black to white gradient preset at the top. 4. Click on the ‘Invert’ button so that the black is on the top and the white is on the bottom. 5. Adjust the opacity of the layer until you’re happy with the effect.

PRO TIP: Adding a vignette filter in Photoshop can result in an unwanted halo effect around the edges of your image.

There you have it! A quick and easy way to add a vignette filter to your photos in Photoshop.
