How Do I Add an Email Notification in WooCommerce?

There are two parts to setting up email notifications in WooCommerce. The first part is to set up the email itself, and the second part is to add the notification to the WooCommerce order.

To set up the email, you’ll need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. From here, you can click on any of the default WooCommerce emails to edit them, or click Add New Email to create a custom email.

When creating or editing an email, you’ll be able to enter a Subject, and the Body of the email.

The Body of the email can be styled using HTML tags, such as <b>, <u> and <p>.

To add a notification to an existing WooCommerce order, you’ll need to go to the Edit Order page for that order. On this page, you’ll see a section called Order Notes. Here, you can add a new note, and select whether or not you want that note to be emailed to the customer.

You can also add an email notification when you’re creating a new order from the admin interface.
