There are four main ways to add custom fonts to your Shopify store:
1. Use Shopify’s Custom Fonts Feature
Shopify’s Custom Fonts feature allows you to upload your own fonts to use on your store. This is a great option if you’re looking to use a unique font that isn’t available through any of the other methods. To add custom fonts using this method:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes. Find the theme you want to edit, and then click Actions > Edit code. In the Assets directory, click Add a new asset. Choose Upload asset, and then select the font file you want to upload. Click Add asset.
For more information, check out Shopify’s documentation on adding custom fonts.
2. Use a Shopify Theme that Supports Custom Fonts
There are a number of great Shopify themes that come with support for custom fonts built-in. This is an easy way to add unique fonts to your store without having to edit any code. Some of our favorite themes with custom font support include:
– Startup Company
– Supply Co.
– Venedor
3. Use a Plugin or App that Adds Custom Fonts Support
If you’re using a theme that doesn’t support custom fonts, or if you want more control over which fonts are used on which parts of your store, then you can use a plugin or app to add custom fonts support. Some great options include:
– Better Fonts: Allows you to add Google Fonts, Adobe Typekit fonts, or upload your own custom fonts. – Use Any Font: Allows you to upload your own custom fonts.
